Made from glitter leatherette. The bottom edge of the hat is lined with feathered tulle trim and a cute pompom top and scattered glitter/stars.
A number is added to the front to finished off these gorgeous crowns.

Choice of clip or headband.

Elastic comes attached to the hat to be worn around the back of the head

The hat is meant to be worn on the top of the head for comfort. NOTE: The hat is not designed to be pushed down over the forehead.
